For true coffee lovers, only FRESH coffee beans will do. Coffee can only be called “FRESH” for a very limited time after roasting (no more than a month).

Truly FRESH coffee beans are hard to buy. Supermarkets don’t sell them as supermarkets need “shelf life” - meaning “very stale” in coffee bean terms! Very few cafés sell fresh coffee beans – even if the beans in their own grinders are superb as the beans sit on their shelves until purchased.

FRESH coffee beans come from coffee roasters – which is usually most inconvenient!

FRESH crunchy coffee beans smothered in rich European chocolate. Confectionary to die for! So good they won “silver” at the Sydney Royal Show!

We roast small batches of Kenya Peaberry coffee beans then rush them to the chocolate panning plant for careful coating with award winning chocolate.

Milk, dark or chilli chocolate is thickly applied. Then the beans are carefully stored in a temperature controlled room waiting for your order.
